About

Moriarti was founded in 2001 and since then we have produced five fiction feature films, three documentary films, more than a dozen short films, several television documentaries and a TV-series.

Our films have participated in numerous international festivals and have won more than 450 awards. Among those: 12 Goya and 31 nominations; selected twice as Spanish candidate for the Oscars; a silver shell for best direction, best screenplay, FIPRESCI award and special jury award at the San Sebastian International Film Festival; Forqué Award for the best film; an EFA award; a Premio Platino award and the Sant Jordi Award.

Asier Acha, Aitor Arregi, Xabier Berzosa, Jon Garaño and Jose Mari Goenaga are the founders of Moriarti Produkzioak.
